Why didn't my swing work (troubleshooting)
If your video wasn't accepted or couldn't be analysed, the app will show a short message telling you what to change. Here's what each one means and how to fix it.
The Upload Didn't Finish

| Upload failed or timed out | → check your connection and try again. See "Upload failed" or "Upload timed out." |
| An upload or analysis is already running | → wait for it to finish. See "Upload in progress" or "Analysis in progress." |
| We couldn't open the video | → the file may be damaged. See "We couldn't open this video." |
The Video Wasn't Accepted

We Couldn't Analyse The Swing

| More than one person | → see "We couldn't tell which player to analyse." |

| Filmed too far away or too close | → see "Move your camera closer or further back." |
| Filmed in portrait | → see "Record in landscape." |
Good news: a failed video never uses up one of your swings. You're only charged a swing when you get coaching feedback back.
