What data we collect and why

The Agassi App collects a limited set of data to deliver and improve the coaching experience. Here's an overview of what we collect and why.

Account Data

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, date of birth, and the preferences you set during onboarding (skill level, goals, coach preference). This is used to create and maintain your account and personalise the app experience.

Swing Video Data

Videos you upload for swing analysis are processed by our AI model and used to generate your feedback. Videos are stored securely and associated with your account so you can access your analysis history.

Usage Data

We collect data on how you use the app — features accessed, session lengths, chat interactions, drills completed, and similar engagement signals. This data helps us understand how the app is used and improve the product over time.

Analytics

We use Mixpanel to collect anonymised analytics data. This helps us understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the app. You can manage your analytics consent preferences in Settings › Privacy. See Analytics & Mixpanel Consent for more detail.

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes
• We do not share your data with anyone outside the services required to operate the app
