Feedback seems inaccurate

If your swing analysis results don't match what you'd expect, here are the most common causes and how to address them.

Common Causes

  • Camera angle — the model performs best at roughly 45° to your hitting side. Straight-on or behind-the-player angles reduce accuracy
  • Lighting — poor or inconsistent lighting makes it harder for the model to track body and racket position
  • Framing — if your full body or racket isn't visible throughout the shot, phase detection may be affected
  • Video length — a clip that's too long can include pre- or post-shot movement that affects the analysis

How to Improve Results

Re-upload using the filming guidelines in How Swing Analysis Works: stable 45° angle, good lighting, full body and racket in frame, trimmed to just the shot.
