How to get a cleaner result
Sometimes a video passes the basic checks but still isn't clear enough for us to give reliable coaching feedback — so rather than guess, we ask you to try again. This is us being careful, not you doing something wrong.

| Keep your whole body and racket in frame for the full swing. | Make sure we can see your setup, backswing, contact and follow-through without anything being cropped. |
| Film in good, even light with a steady camera. | Clear lighting and a stable camera help us see your movement and racket throughout the swing. |
| Capture one complete swing with no one else in shot. | A single, unobstructed swing makes it easier to analyse your movement accurately. |
